LuxeWood Enters Saudi Market with Al-Olayan Construction Partnership

LuxeWood has taken a major step forward in expanding its Middle Eastern presence by signing an exclusive partnership with Al-Olayan Construction in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This collaboration will see the construction of 50 eco-friendly residential units and two luxury resorts utilizing LuxeWood’s state-of-the-art Fachwerk and Laminated Log technologies.

The agreement marks a milestone in sustainable construction in Saudi Arabia, reflecting the nation’s Vision 2030 initiative to diversify the economy and embrace green building practices. The residential units and resorts will be designed to harmonize with the natural environment while incorporating modern comforts and energy-efficient features.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, LuxeWood’s CEO emphasized, “This partnership represents a mutual commitment to sustainability and innovation. Together with Al-Olayan, we aim to set a new benchmark for wooden architecture in Saudi Arabia.”

The first phase of construction is set to begin in Q1 2025, with the completion expected within 24 months.
